Andrew Rice's brother David died in the September 11th attacks. He is now a member of September Eleventh Families For Peaceful Tomorrows (who have been getting a lot of press lately), and has written Some Questions for Dick Cheney, Considering Reconciliation Amid the Horror of a Brother's Death, What Happened to the Truth?, and this commentary for the CBC. Philip Dru interviews him about the state using his brother's death to justify its wars.
